GISPromo IT Solutions ("GISPromo", "we", "us") provides geospatial, remote sensing, environmental modelling and software services. For any question about this policy, contact hello@gispromo.com.

2. What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us:

Contact form submissions — your name, email address, organization, country, selected service area and the description of your project.
Direct correspondence — anything you include in an email or attachment sent to us.
Basic server logs — our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability purposes.

This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling by default.

3. Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement.
To prepare proposals, scopes of work and quotations.
To deliver and support agreed services.
To meet legal, accounting or contractual obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

4. Project data you send us

Datasets shared with us for analysis are treated as confidential client material. They are used only for the agreed purpose, are not shared with third parties without your instruction, and can be returned or deleted on request at the end of an engagement. Where a project requires it, we are happy to work under a signed non-disclosure or data-sharing agreement.

5. Third parties

This site is hosted by a third-party web-hosting provider, and form submissions are delivered by email through that provider's mail service. External fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

6. Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to respond and, where an engagement follows, for the period required by our contractual and accounting obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted periodically.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or request portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@gispromo.com and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information in our care, including transport encryption on this website and access controls on project data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Cookies

This website does not set marketing or profiling cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the site to function or are set by the hosting provider for security purposes. If analytics are added in future, this section will be updated and consent obtained where required.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version takes effect when published on this page.
